1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the DT Form platform. By accessing, browsing, or using any part of DT Form, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. This is a legally binding agreement between you and DT Form. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and anyone else who accesses or uses our services.

2. Intellectual property rights

DT Form retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including its software, code, designs, trademarks, logos, and content. Using DT Form grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform for its intended purpose, not ownership of any part of it.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform. If you submit content to DT Form, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content to operate the service, while you retain ownership of your original work. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on the rights of others.

• Content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only

3. User accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failing to do so may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Prohibited activities

You may not use the service for any purpose other than the one it is intended for. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Systematic retrieval of data or content
• Publishing malicious content
• Engaging in unauthorized framing
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access

5. Disclaimers

Your use of the service is at your own risk. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will meet your specific requirements
• The service will run uninterrupted or error-free
• Results from using the service will always be accurate
• Every error will be corrected

6. Limitation of liability

DT Form is not liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold DT Form harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. SMS messaging terms

DT Form may send SMS messages to users who have opted in, including service notifications, account alerts, and submission updates.

• Consent: Providing your mobile number and opting in means you consent to receive SMS messages. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency: Frequency varies based on your use of DT Form and the notifications you request.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

11. Changes to terms
